Approved media badge holders will receive the following benefits:

•Free admission to BIX 2026 for all three days

Registration & Badge Collection

1. Register Online

Complete the press registration form and submit your personal information, media affiliation, and purpose of coverage.

2. Receive Your QR Code

Once your registration is complete,
your QR code will be sent to you
by email before the event. Please present it when collecting your media badge.

3. Collect Media Badge

On the day of the event, visit the registration desk to collect your media badge and enter the venue.

Important Information

•Media registration is intended for professionals attending BIX 2026 for editorial and news-gathering purposes.

•Registrations submitted primarily for advertising, public relations, sales, marketing, or business development purposes will not be accepted.

•All members of a media or production team must register individually.

•Media badges are issued to named individuals and may not be transferred or shared.

•Interviews, photography, and filming must be conducted with the prior consent of the relevant company, speaker, or participant.

•Access to certain conference sessions, business meetings, and closed programs may be restricted.

•Confidential information, exhibits, or presentation materials may not be photographed, recorded, or distributed without permission.

•The organizer reserves the right to restrict media access, photography, or filming to ensure the safe and appropriate operation of the event.
